270 Select - forward sump does not turn off

I was out on the water today, got back to the dock and noticed that the forward sump keeps running even if I turn off the battery, there is no water coming out from the drain. the engine bilge is fine.

I have no idea how to access this pump as I think it is under the fresh water holding tank.

Should I just pull the breaker and see if it resets?

I managed to find an access panel and managed to get the float to reset so all is good.

Normally the bilge pumps bypass the battery switches, which is the way you want it. The most common cause of a pump running all the time is a stuck float switch. Very common with the traditional switch. I'm actually in the process of investigating replacing my aft float switch with an electronic one (no moving parts).
