My new to me 1998 270 Sundancer list to starboard. There is another 1998 270 Dancer next to mine that lists to starboard as well. Is this normal. Full fuel and water tank empty waste tank. Thank in advance Leon

My 2011 350 Dancer has a list to port. I hope your problem is easier to solve than mine...
The skylights on the deck developed a water leak around the gaskets that hold the glass. The intruding water traveled down the ceiling (the track that holds the privacy curtain) and down the wall on the port side. The water did not drip into the cabin at all. My wife discovered it by accident when she noticed the ceiling felt cold (rain water). This water has apparently collected in a compartment under the galley, that has no access at all. The sound deadening foam in the compartment has absorbed this water, and cant be drained. At about 7lbs a gallon, you can add up how much weight, say 20 gallons, adds to the port side. I'm hoping to remove the refer, and some cabinets, and I may be able to cut a 4" hole with a hole saw, and hopefully gain some kind of access to the areas. I can add ballast to the starboard side, but I'm already dragging around a one bedroom apartment. Def start by trying to find any water intrusion. Good Luck, and let us know what you find.

Mine does as well. There are a lot of things in the cabin on the starboard side of these boats.

Same here-drove me nuts at first but I have checked every square inch of the boat and know there is no water pooled up anywhere. I have seen many 270's and look at all of them and noticed the list. Now don't get me wrong - check for water leaks but if none, enjoy this great boat.
