265 searay taking in water

owner of a 1987 265 Sedan. Recently replaced the upper and lower outdrive and drive shaft bellow and shift cable bllow looked okay. Have been taking on water in the bilge before and after the drive replacement. Bilge out about 2 gallons every 2 hours. noticed a drip coming from near where the exhaust manifolds enter the transom, but tight spot and difficult to see poitn source.
Looking for some help in determining possible water ingress area. The exhaust bellows perhaps? Is there such a thing?

Do you take on water while the engine is running only? Or all the time?

You will not get water in the bilge from bad exhaust bellow.
