240/270 Sundeck prices - Maryland

Mr Broker,

I'm looking seriously at 2 boats. What would be a reasonable price for these boats in Maryland?

240 Sundeck - 5.7 engine, 120 hours, brokerage boat, they are asking 36K. No trailer, but I don't need one.

270 Sundeck - 6.2 engine, 138 hours, a trade in at a local marina. Has full camper canvas. Asking price w/trailer is 45K, the seller said 3K less without the trailer.
