Maybe someone can help me out. We have a 1999 215 EC, it has been great, we just bought it this season. We tried to put up the ensinglass (spelling?) front and sides :huh:. The pieces are all marked and they appear to fit the zippers on the bimini but do not really come that close to the "channel" that they hook into on the windshield. Can the top be adjusted forward? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Steve

You probably need to extend the bimini top support tubes that are attached toward the stern. They probably have a push button that will allow the poles to extend a few inches. Then the eisenglass will match up with the windshield.

I had the same issue with mine. The plastic does get pretty stiff, and you do need to extend the bimini poles as described above.

Thanks for the replies. We had some heavy thunder storms come up yesterday in South Jersey. I had to just put the mooring cover on. I will try and make the adjustments this week.

I have found that if I put the rubber into the window channel first it works easier.
It's pretty tight when done.
It's not the easiest thing to do, but I think it's better than snaps.
