I recommend the route thru Kentucky and West Virginia as it is very scenic.
If you leave October 1st you can make it in time by walking.

The Hyatt is the newest, opened last year, but all are basically together. Not having been there yet, I would pick the Hyatt.

Ok @Blueone is leading this train. The Hyatt at Kent Island, aka Kent Narrows is the venue. October 24-26/27, 2024. At least a Thursday and Friday night stay, with an option of a Saturday night stay for you die hards. You know who you are. @Skybolt is the UNOFFICIAL Master of Ceremonies which can be pawned off on anyone as he sees fit. Can you say “he”?
Thursday I’m driving so will get there late afternoon….. Friday or Saturday could be the get together…. But also could be multiple get togethers…. Going into Annapolis etc….Sunday go home

Yeah we'll know more as it gets closer. But I would think Friday night would be best. Don't forget it's going to be a bit chilly that time of year. But things are still open.

I say we plan on getting phucked by the weather. Things can only get better.
Side note: I can do some group hotel booking work. I've stayed at 3 of the 4.
I think it's best that all check the places out themselves and post their preference's

I'll be staying on my boat... But the Hyatt is pretty nice from what I've heard. The Hilton Garden isn't bad either. Both have great water views.
Sorry no connections. Never stay at any of them.

No doubt you'll be on your boat. That's one thing we really like about the H-Garden was the view. With the right room of course.
I'm sure the Hyatt is nicer and can't wait to check it out but I'm also sure what ever the group decides will be great.

Ok, hearing you guys plan this, sounds like a blast. Like @blaster said, I could walk it in 24 days, or I could fly. So is Baltimore the nearest airport? Or where would one fly, if one was so inclined?

Baltimore is probably your best best bet and then rent a car. Check price's and travel distance from PHL and don't discount ILG.
