ahoy fellow boaters...
So, this is my first year recommissioning my boat and I’m not too sure what I need and what I don’t ....
I have a 2012 sundancer 310 purchased last year, kept it at point pleasant nj, this year looking to take to the Delaware river, closer to home near Burlington nj.
Anyway, my options from the marina, and all services are performed by marinemax;
Repaint bottom, repaint drive system, zinc replacement ( this is a must, I know) and twin engine commission, ( shrink wrap removal, spring commission engines, battery service, water test and sea trial), guessing that’s a must as well.
So do I need a bottom and drive system repaint? I looked the bottom over prior to shrink warp last year, looked ok but what do I know. Outdrives didn’t have any paint on it other than the factory black paint which looks dull and faded.
What are the paint intervals? This something I need every year? Other options are; engine tune up ( only have 125 hrs), cooling system (assuming this is only an inspection of thermostat, water pump), and finally check accessory, ( didn’t have any problems last year).
Any advice or suggestions greatly appropriate it.

Hard to say what of all those items you need done. Maybe get with a friend or dock mate with experience for some guidance. There is a ton of "how to" posts on here and You Tube is quite informative and instructional. Most of us on here do our own maintenance, winterizing, spring make ready, etc. Marina prices are crazy expensive. Satisfying the punch list you posted will be quite a hit to any budget. Doing it yourself saves lots of cash, (probably about 60% of the marina cost). Plus - You learn your boats systems and don't spend $$ on things that don't need done. Best of luck....
