Hello, want to add a Simrad 7". Does anybody can share a picture on how was set up in the 19spx?

If I remember correctly, the options from Sea Ray were 5" or 9" and the 5" would come with a single 4-in-1 gauge. The 9" replaced all of the gauges. This doesn't mean you can't use a 7", of course, but you still run into the same dilemma of having to get a new dash panel and gauge, depending on how it fits with the 4-in-1.

Your best bet is to mount it with a RAM mount. Go to their website and look at them.

You may find some pics on SR's website with the unit built-in to the dash - look at another model year, if needed.

The 7" won't fit on the dash. Use a Ram mount, but it will cover some of what you already have on the dash.

The 9" is the only gauge on the dash. The 5" is centered and has smaller round dials on each side.

Searay's web site under "build your own" has pics of the 5 and 9.

Doing an aftermarket add-on Main gauge is usually not practical. If all you need is a GPS, buy a stand alone battery operated hand held unit and mount it on the starboard dash shelf with a Ram.

Here's a 5" on a 190, with an add-on compass and a VesselView on a ram.

Thanks, trying to find a picture with a 7" installed. 5" is too small a d 9" is too big. Another option was to replace all the gauges to digital but is too expensive. My dash is a little different that yours.

You won't find it for the reasons already mentioned. Also re-read, as noted, the info about converting and the challenges. It's going to get costly to add a GPS into the dash.

Whatever you decide, we can help - but it's a bigger project than one might think. That's why the RAM mounts is an easy solution, although not "built-in".

I'm ready for the RAM mount but I would like to see a picture to have an idea. I been searching and I can not find one. Can you share any idea where and how can be done.
