brand new motor just about broken in per manual. this is what's happening after cruising at about 1/2 throttle for 30 mins. Come back down to idle speed in gear all is well. get to dock and put in neutral and it revs up to about 1/8 or 1/4 throttle and doesn't come back down unless I pull the choke to make it come back down. Then all is normal until we run it again at speed and then same thing happens. I won't be back at the boat to take to the dealer for 2 weeks so I'm just looking for idea before going to the dealer with it.
