2016 21 SPX Select - Sea Dek Upgrade

So I have a 2016 21 SPX Select but felt that the stock Sea Dek was incomplete since it only entered the boat partially. I just finished the process of completing my templates for the entry way.

When the infinity woven carpet wears out I'll replace the whole deck. At least for now the steps match. I think it should come stock this way.

It looks great. I have the same option in my 19spx OB and I feel the same way. I will be extending into the cockpit as well.

Looks great and I'm going to do the same. I have a question I'm hoping you can answer. On your bottom step (part3) did you decide to change the teak lines from running bow to stern like the other 2 sections or did SeaDek do this based on your template? Just curious as I'm not sure which way to go. Thanks, Brian

I asked to have the teak lines to be turned in the direction of the step. SeaDek originally laid it out bow to stern but I thought it looked goofy, so I asked them to change the direction

Ok thanks. Did you do the step under the bow cushion? I like that you included the other step up there with the SeaDek.

I did not put SeaDek under the bow step cushion. I felt that the thickness would cause the cushion not to sit flush.

It took a while but it's finally done. I agree with SCJeep that SR should include at least the other piece of "walkway" when ordering the SeaDek option. Mines the the 19SPX.
