2011 Sea Ray 260 Engine misfire code?

Tach. gauge on my boat is showing and beeping that I have an engine misfire. At this point boat continues to run fine. Any ideas where to start looking.

Does it say misfire ? Or does it say check engine ? If the latter, it could be many things.

So did taking care of the water pressure problem resolve this as well ?

NO, tried shutting everything down including batteries to reset code. Alarm and code still active and boat runs fine. Alarm is going off for a reason, scared to run it very long.

Fuel additives??????

Stop using fuel stabilizer of any type
ECM mounted to riser??? If so make a insulator from a piece of marine grade plastic min 3/4" thick reroute air intake hose to blow cool air on ECM

This took care of my problem on my 2003 350MPI

I know this is an old problem you were having, but did you ever find a solution? Im having the same issue with my port side engine. It runs fine but throwing a misfire code and alarm.
