Hi all.
After eliminating several other causes of my problem I believe I have some sort of clog either in my Freshwater tank or line. When I disconnect the hoses from the pump, nothing even spells out as I believe it’s also gravity fed. Does anyone know of the actual location and how to access the tank it’s self I believe it is forward port but I cannot figure out where. TIA!

It may be under the v-berth...that's where my 270AJ is.

AJ has a bit of a different layout than the similar DA. Water tank for the 260 DA is generally in the engine space.

The OP has a 2011 model year 260DA, which is the 'smaller' 260DA - essentially, more like a 240DA that some of us may be used to. In 2011, it is under the v-berth... hence the fill location on the bow. I know, it get's confusing trying to make sense of what, exactly, a "260DA" is, anymore!

Hey brother is there any chance that my tank can be clogged because it works perfectly fine from the dockside water but whenever I try to use the regular water system it intermittently does not work whatsoever originally I thought there was air trapped in it

I even put a new pump in it if you weeks ago figuring that was the trouble and then it was fine and now it’s starting all over again

Check the filter on the pump. That would be the #1 suspect. If that is clogged, then the tank has likely been neglected and has a lot of gunk built up in it. Since your system works fine on dockside water, that eliminates everything downstream of the pump. Also check your vent - easy way to check is to open the fill and see if that helps. Another possibility is a cracked pickup tube in the tank or a cracked line from tank to pump (or a line that was removed but never fully inserted back in.

Could take a shop vac and see if you can blow through the line from the pump to the tank. Just open up your fill cap 1st so you don't pressurize the tank.

Or

Try to suck the water out (shop vac in wet mode of course) and see if it sucks the obstruction through.
