2009 270DA.....first pictures

What a beautiful boat! I especially like the grill and the color. Now for some warm weather!

Thank you for the pics too! I love browsing all the different model and dreaming.

Nice, but I don't like the piston that holds the top part of the door up. Had one on another boat brand, they need to be replaced every year or two. As they start to fail it will close on people's heads.

I would like to know if anyone has bought a 2009 270 sundancer and what they paid, along with the options that they got. I am seriousley condsidering to purchase one but the price tag, $158,000.00 is way too much pay.

One of our members whose screen name is DAJ bought one last fall. Try sending him a PM. http://clubsearay.com/forum/member.php?u=4788

Couple of thoughts... I have a similar boat, a Chap Signature 270. We bought it because it was kind of a do everything boat, tube, sleep, cruise, etc. Problem is it lacks space, narrow beam, is not great to overnight on, and as a result we are in the process of getting a Sea Ray 320. We are looking forward to the 320!

I will say, if the 270 intrigues you, take a look at the Chap Sig 270. Difference are that it has bolster seats (the helm also swivels), a larger transom sunpad (the way it converts is different), and a nice storage area under the sun pad. Ours is powered with an 8.1L Volvo and tops out at about 46 on the GPS.

This is not a negative on the Sea Ray, like I said we just about have a 320, just wanted to point out a very similar boat.

That grill is kick ass. That screen door has got me thinking...I wonder how tough it would be to make one for my antique? Food for thiught. Good luck with her.
