[FONT=verdana, arial, sans-serif]Hello everyone.

i have a 220 Sundeck and my docking lightbulb is out.

i was interested in installing more modern LED bulbs.

Does anyone know the bulb type?

H7, 9006, H4, etc? Can i just go on ebay and find one of these kinds of bulbs, or does the docking lights come specific and i have to order the exact part from sea ray?

I have been searching and could not find any info on the bulb type other than the part# from the sea ray PDF on the main website.

Thanks everyone.

Did you ever figure out the bulb type? I'm "in the same boat" and want to upgrade to an LED bulb, as well. The parts manual doesn't give any specifics.

I changed my docking lights this season with the stock bulbs. Before you change them I would recommend ordering the retaining springs so you have them if needed. (3 on each side) I think they were around $2 each

I have a follow up question to this, as well for a 2009 230 Sundeck: How do you access the bulbs? From inside the hull (maybe anchor locker)? Or do you simply back out the screws on the housing from the front? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated, as I don't want to make more work for myself (or in typical fashion, break something serious trying to change a bulb).

I know on the 2008 240 sundeck you just remove the screws on the front. I can't imagine it being ant different on a 2009 230 sundeck

I have a 1997 Sundeck and need to replace the docking lights. The lights I can find at an auto parts store. My problem is that the frames around them that secure the bulbs to the boat are shot and need to be replaced. Anyone know where I can find these?
