Many have posted questons about adding speakers and amps to the cabin in a sedan. I am in the process of updating and have found out the inside four speakers have a two channel amp. By the way it will shut off after a while when on 12V because it drops power. The sub in this boat is connected to the outside four channel amp. When you shut off the outside speakers, you have no sub when running the inside speakers by themselfs. I am adding a five channel amp to the inside. This will drive all four inside speakers on their own channel and a seperate sub inside. Question I have not answered is where to put the sub. I would like to add behind the couch on port side just in front of breaker cabinet but having trouble with room. Has anyone added a sub inside as I am trying to do? Thanks in Advance.

How about inside the stbd love seat under the aft cushion? It would add some "Love" to the seat too.

That is a great idea. When I looked at it my wife made it very clear, that is her place for storage. I just drive the boat, she owns it. Thanks for the comment. I sure would like to find a sub that fits behind the couch aft port side. Nothing back there and she does not know it could be used to store stuff.
