Thanks.....I have now informed my dealer and Sea Ray Customer Service of the issue.
We shall see how they handle it.

How did you guys notice the list? Is it under power or only when you are idle at the dock?

I have to stress that I love this boat, but it's just such a stupid shame that they execute the hard part flawlessly, and screw up so bad on the mundane details...

I noticed it when sitting in water. Was anchored and cleaning water line when I noticed the port side was sitting lower that starboard.

I to love it, but sure can't say much about Sea Ray QC or customer service.

There was no mistaking our list when we first saw it. We just got back from a week down in Ocean City and the holding tank was full. The boat had a 4" list to port. It was pulled and we put some shrink wrap tape with 1" increments on each side of the transom. After the holding tank was pumped and everything emptied out of all the fridges the boat sits with a 2" list.

When under power I have to trim the starboard side down as well.

Well now I'm paranoid - I don't know if I have eyes that are calibrated enough to detect such a list, so I'll bring a level to the slip on a windless/waveless day and see how she looks!

I took delivery of my new boat this year and had some issues but not as many as others:

- Vac. leak in head (dealer found screw in side of hose-repaired)
- Noisey radio (dealer installed ground loop isolator to fix)
- Gauges not tight in dash
- Micro wave label peeling off (I re-glued)
- Bad water pressure sender (dealer replaced)
- Dead gen. battery (dealer replaced)
- Many canvas screws not tight or stripped (I repaired)

Aside from these the boat runs great!
