the website says "tune in after may 1 for dates" but wondering if anyone has heard rumblings of when/where on barnegat bay?

anyone planning on attending?

Marine Max sent me a "getaway and event schedule" and they have July 19th as the scheduled date for Aquapalooza at Tices. I hope to see you all there.
 
Ah nuts. .. I have a conflict the weekend of July 19th.

Secret spot sounds nice. . . . never been there. . .but having a 28' cuddy, I only venture out the inlets on really calm days. No desire to do 4'-6' ocean swells in that boat!

But I can do Water's Edge or Tices with small craft advisories up!
 
for secret spot, no need to venture out any inlets. probably a 30 minute ride for you from TR.

You might have better "connections" with MM. I dind't get anything regarding July 19th. I just checked Searay.com and they have this event assigned to Green Brook location. May be this is why I was left behind. I'm dealing with Brick MM most of the time. There was no option to sign up at SR site. I'll try calling them.

Oh!...I'd be up for a raft-up at the "spot"....just set the date and post....it's about a 15 minute ride from my dock.....hopefuly I'll be free to join
 
i'd probably be accompanied by three other CSR board people, two of whom read but never post. how about early july- before the jellies start running in full force. JULY 12th??

if we agree upon, we should start another thread and keep a roster of RSVPs.

Heck...if they don't post, how we gonna know if they're coming???? The "spot" is secret, the attendees aren't supposed to be! Speak up and be counted.....is Jon the third???
 
jon is the third. the other two are anonymous. james (420AC) is, i'm sure, following this chain of events. eric (330DA) is a registered user but only references the boards if i find something interesting that might pertain to him and send him the link.

July 12th works for me. I will probably have the smallest boat there. . .but I can bring appropriate liquid refreshments :)

Of course, given the SIZE of this area. . .I don't see why we can't do this once a month!

I am probably looking at a May 10th launch date at the moment.
 
ok it's now 10 minutes after i registered and i got the confirmation email stating that i am now registered for the pompano florida event :wow:??? did i miss something? in the email is all my info, correctly listing my address in NJ. guess i wont get a tee shirt at tices :smt009
