Hello All. I am looking at purchasing a 38 Sundancer years 2006-2010. Can anyone comment of what specifically to watch out for problem areas? I was inquiring about one at South Shore Marine and was told the bulkhead has moisture reading of 24 percent. Is this common on this hull and this new of a boat? Not interested in this one now. Thanks!

The 38 and the 380 are very different boats. Sea Ray did us no favors by using such similar designations!
I'd say that questionable survey results are more common that wet bulkheads! Can they provide any more detail, like a core sample etc?

If that is from a moisture meter it is in the questionable range and still likely fairly minor. Readings of 70-90% are almost always major.
