2007 Sea Ray Sedan 360 Leaking Water at Rear Door

I just purchased the boat 6 months ago and now it just started but during a hard rain water will start building up in the center at the rear sliding doors. I know for a fact the rain water is not coming through the rear sliding doors. It seems to be coming from the port side and running along the bottom edge of the floor to the center area of the rear sliding doors. I literally had everything apart trying to find it with no luck! Any suggestions or some else that may of had this issue I would really appreciate the help
