The Sylvania microwave in my new to me 2007 260DA didnt work very well, it would take four minutes to heat a cup of water and then it pop the thermal breaker, took it apart and everything looked OK, fan worked so who knows. Needless to say its not exactly a marine or RV hardened microwave and it sure gets beat around in a boat so I guess 5 years isnt bad for a 50.00 microwave.

Did a little searching on dimensions and found a few that were close but only found one locally that actually fit with little hassle, the advertised dimensions on these little microwaves are not always accurate. It a Frigidaire Model # FFCM0724LB, picked it up on sale at HHgregg for 55.00 + tax. Nice thing is it is .7 cubic feet and 700 watt as opposed to the Sylvania .5cf/500w so you can even make popcorn.

Simple enough to remove the old one, two screws you can see when you open the door on the bottom, take them out and the whole oven slides out on a wooden frame. Sea Ray put a padded piece of wood across the top to hold it from bouncing around and two wooden rails on the bottom to hold it up. The new Frigidaire slid right in, had to move the RH side lower support a little to the left so it sat even. The new oven is a bit taller so the wooden base from the original can not be used. One thw lower support is moved over the oven fits in there tight thanks to the padded wood on top. You could probably just leave it like that but I made a 'T" shaped bracket out of some 1/8" polycarbonate, screwed it to the bottom of the microwave with some industrial double sided tape and four sheetmetal screws to the bottom and used the screw holes from the original bracket on cabinet. It is absolutely solid, looks good and works much better than the original.

Pic of it installed, you can see the screws for the bracket on the bottom (also where the screws are to remove the original oven), didint take pics when I installed it but its all pretty self explanatory once you take it apart, very easy job.

The Frigidaire is 12-7/8" (D) x 17" (W) X 10-1/8" (H)

The original sylvania is 14 3/16 (D) X 17 7/16 (W) x 9 5/8 (H)

I measured a few other brands in a few stores and you have to watch the advertised dimensions, they sometimes arent even close. The Frigidaire dimensions were right on the money.
