You will need to clean out the pitot tube. There is a tiny hole ont he front edge of the lower part of the outdrive. You can get a small drillbit to clear it out. Be careful not to break off the bit. If that doesn not work, disconnect the pitot tube from the pitot sensor on top of the engine and blow it out. Below is a pic of mine. Yours should be similiar. I circled the pitot sensor. The black pitot tube is connected to the bottom and secured with a small ty-wrap.
