2006 SLX Transducer Question

Depth is reading 0.0 at all times. I do see what I think is an Airmar thru-hull transducer. Anyone have any tips on maybe making this work....or a part # for a replacement. Is this something I can replace as a plug and play type repair?

I have the same issue. Everything I've found suggests the transducer is bad. The units also pick up the water temp. My water temp function is working but not the depth sounder. I am planning on replacing it in the fall. I am trying to find out if the standard Airmar transducer will work of if it needs to come from a dealer to work with Smartcraft.

Local boat shop is ordering and replacing the transducer and they seem to think this will work.
