Hello All,
I had an experience over the weekend and am not sure that I trust the answer the technician is giving me. We had been out boating for an hour or so. We stopped to swim. Got back into the boat, started it, reversed, and then it would not go into forward. Finally shifted manually to get back to dock. Technician said that the DTS will loose its memory if the batteries get too low. He says thats what happened and that I need to have the system reprogrammed. This does not seem right to me. The boat started fine and showed no sign of low batteries. Has anyone else had this experience or know anything about this? Thanks for the help.
