2006 280DA table?

Any recommendations for tables? The table that came with my boat, the pipe that holds it, fits into the table, but is way to small for the bracket on top of the bilge cover. I'm not sure if there is supposed to be an adaptor, but I don't have it.


Same problem actually with the table in the interior.


Each time I have taken the boat out with several people it was very inconvenient.


Everyone at west marine could not assist.

You're saying the pipe fits fine into the tables themselves but not the sockets in the floors, both in the cockpit and cabin? Very strange.

I'd assume those tables didn't come with your boat. I can't imagine why the flange/socket in the floors would ever be changed. You could probably DIY a sleeve of some sort. Perhaps PVC. I guess it depends on how bad the fit really is.

For what it's worth I think on most boats the pipe is omnidirectional. The socket in the floor should match the socket on the underside of the table...

There was no OEM adapter. Sounds like the prior owner changed out the tables, pipe and table mounts. I would measure the pipe and buy floor mounts that fit that size. I think the OEM were made by Garelick.

Tried It. There are 7 different poles on the boat, and all of them give me the same result

Yeah the deck table is for sure not the one that came with the boat originally. The interior table is the one thats confusing me the most. I will take pictures with measurements and report back.

The floor sockets seem to be OEM. I will check, take pictures and measure on Wednesday when I am back at the marina.
