2006 260 DA - Clarion Stereo No Power

Hi all - electronics newbie here. My boat had a DC panel replacement 2 yrs ago, and since, the Clarion stereo has not functioned (no power). Are there fuses to check? How do I tell if the stereo DC breaker is 'bad'? I'd like to troubleshoot myself, but fuses and breakers are as far as I can go.

Everything else works fine on that panel?
Can you test if you have power going to that breaker?
Have you looked at the back of the stereo to verify the connections are good?

I have the same boat. It seems to m that when the panel was replaced, they failed to either add power to breaker or to Stereo. There is a specific breaker for the stereo. First step for me would be to remove the stereo and see if there is power to the head unit.

I suspect that one of the wires may have come out of the harness. I accidentally pulled one from the harness when I pulled the panel out. Easy fix.
