I was just wondering if there was some bolt on modifications for my motor? Like a cold air intake or anything that could boast horsepower and gph? Mercury 5.0 mpi bravoiii drive?

Not really. There is no such thing as a cold air intake for boats. You really don't want to boost GPH, do you? That means you're burning more fuel. Your engine is already rated at 260 HP, that's pretty hot for a 5.0! The only thing you could probably do is a supercharger for about $4000-$5000 and you probably couldn't ask more than about 50 more horsepower before you'd be risking blowing your engine up. The 5.7's and larger engines do a little better with modifying but the 5.0 MPI is about maxed out. Keep your planing speed down, trim your outdrive properly, distribute your load properly, and avoiding frequent on-off planing and it will help keep your GPH down. Each time you bring the boat up on plane consumes quite a bit of fuel.
