2005 amberjack 290 dashboard lights

When I start the boat the dashboard lights up for a second. But when I turned the switch on nothing. I changed the switch that didn't fix it. Anyone have an idea what I should try next.

At least yours turn on for a second. Mine are dead and I have no idea why?

i just put some led lights back there in the dash area and hold them in place with wire ties and it lights up the row just great now.
