I had a tech diagnose my non working right side instrument panel as defective since everything was getting power (horn, window, wipers, etc.). He ran into all kinds of personal issues and has moved on. He left a module block hanging loose that connects most of these components and maybe others. I cannot tell where it should be reconnected. Is it simply wire tied to a wiring cluster? The location is behind the panel door under the steering wheel. He also opened the 12v panel there and left all but 2 of the 6 screws on my console. Ideas? Thank you!
