2005 300 SD tv replacement. Do i need ac/dc tv or will anyone work? Thank You

Boat in question:

2005 Sea Ray 300 Sundancer with original Flat screen. Replacement need for digital tuner. I have been informed the antenna currently installed on the arch can still be used.

See this thread. 12v if you want to be able to use the tv without shore power or the generator running. 110v if you are connected to shore power or run the generator all the time. I went 12v.
