Hello and Merry Christmas to all. I have a maintenance question pertaining to my 2004 Sundeck 200 Windshield. I try not to keep the pass through windshield open when cruising however, there are times that I forget to close. Have always been religious about securing the window to the snap clip when open. Motoring along with the window open (even when fastened with the snap) truly puts strain/pressure on the entire left side of the windshield.
We caught a pretty severe wake in August thus causing the snap that secures the pass through windshield to break. I've since replaced the strap but have now noticed that the entire left windwhield has "pulled" away from the chrome reinforcements. Obviously, I need some windshield repair. Any suggestions from anyone as to who I should contact? I'm betting the local Cincinnati Sea Ray Dealer will be quite expensive. Thanks for your response and again, Merry Christmas to all.
