A great boat we have thoroughly enjoyed, however we are moving to something a bit bigger, so she has gotta go. The boat has been meticulously maintained with over 100k spent on upgrades and maintenance since 2018. These includes a full Garmin electronics package (navigation/radar/GPS VHF), FLIR camera/night vision, JL Audio system, Sealift hydraulic swim platform w/ integrated davits, NuTeak synthetic decking, new Props and shafts/cutlass bearings, Strataglass/Isenglass enclosure, Brow shade, Underwater lights, Electronic Tachs, 7 AGM batteries (2 for bow thruster), New TV's, new Cockpit and Galley refrigerators, Rocna anchor/chain, Gear coolers, Alternator, Aftercooler/Heat Exchanger service recently done, props recently tuned, all fluids/filters/impellers/anodes are changed every season, New coat of bottom paint and Prop speed this season, Polymer waxed/compounded. She is in top shape for her vintage and needs nothing. Asking $259,000.

Stats:
2004 Sea Ray 420 Sedan Bridge (keep in mind the model changed to the 44DB in 2006 w/ no design or hull changes. Same boat).
45' LOA factory. About 49' w/ extended hydraulic swim platform
14' 3" beam
~4' draft
350 gallons diesel tanks
120 gallons water
42 gallons waste

Cummins 8.3L 6CTA diesel engines, 430hp/each. 1350hrs port side, 550hrs stbd. Starboard engine was replaced by Wesco (certified Cummins dealer) in 2014. Gear cooler failure did her in. Replaced with Cummins Recon. Port engine gear cooler replaced as precaution. Both motors run fantastic and are 5000+ hour motors. None of the nuances/issues of their later CE counterpart. Records for just about everything done to the boat/engines.
Onan 15kw generator. ~4000 hours. Runs great. Known to last well over 10k hours on these low rpm engines.
Vetus Bow Thruster
AC/Heat - 2 reverse cycle units recently serviced.

Love this boat!!!!!

Not too many for sale in the NE. Should go quick. Would love a third state room but afraid to not be as happy as we are with our 42 DB. Curious what your next one will be.

Pictures look great. If you click on the thumbnail the viewer shows the pictures properly oriented.

That is a beautiful boat and I am certain you will sell it without too much trouble. I love the bridge boats.

Yes I have reservations as the boat has everything I want, EXCEPT the 3rd stateroom. The kids want to bring friends so lots of sleeping space is a must if they are to continue enjoying boating. Likely getting into a viking 50 or 53. But still TBD.
If it doesn't sell I won't be totally bummed. There is so much to like about this boat.

Just curious...what do you see for cruise speeds and GPH? These are the mechanical 450 engines?

I cruise around 20mph at 2150 depending on sea conditions. Yes mechanical 6ctas. Not sure on gph.

All you need is to reference fuel burn table

For some reason I can't paste it here. @2200RPMs you're looking at total 27GPH
