Hi just went to contract on a 2003 40 sedan bridge 450 cummins what should I focus on during the survey any comments will be appreciated Thanks

We completed the first half of the survey today all went well the hull and deck surveyed very well .A few minor issues anchor light not working,starboard cutlass Bering has about a season left.Thursday Cummins is doing a complete engine survey and sea trial.The more time I spend on this boat the more I like it.Thanks for all the input

There's a lot to like about it. A ton of room and well laid out. We really enjoyed ours. Assume you're pulling oil samples. I'd do coolant and transmissions too as well as the gen. I'd ask your surveyor to be there when cummins works up the engines.

Cummins tech did a complete engine survey motors checked out very well perform to specs.I hope to close on the boat early next week. Thanks for all the input
