2003 4.3l mpi Marvel Mystery Oil mixture

Does anyone know how to fog the 4.3 MPI's with Marvel Mystery Oil? This boat is my first non carbureted one and I have no idea how to do it. I heard it goes in the fuel filter, but I am not sure how much and when to do it (do I do it when putting the pink through with the earmuffs?). Sorry to sound like such a newbie, I just don't want to mess this up. Thanks in advance.

drain everything first before you that method, you might crack the block otherwise.

replace the *`s with b,o,a,t,f,i,x, no comma`s
just as easily to simply pour in the A/F after fogging the engine down.Using a fogging mix allows you to get it in the injectors to protect them.
