2003 240 Sundeck 6.2 winterizing

Anyone care to educate a new owner on how to drain and winterize my sundeck with 6.2 and bravo three? I found only 4 blue drain plugs , not alot of water came out, what else am i missing, I think its a 3 point system, my old boat was thirty years old and i could winterize it in 15 minutes, I see I have entered a new frontier with this one, I appreciate any help so I dont ruin my awesome boat.
