2002 tv/vcr replacement

I am probably 15 years behind the curve but any tips on removing and replacing the original TVs? No luck with the search function.
They seem to be well secured …. the tv in the galley has 2 screws under the lip of the space but the one in the v berth seems more challenging.
The galley tv will become a wine rack.

Can't comment on how to get the TV out as I have a different boat and the TV had already been replaced. Here's a pic of our wine rack that we installed where the original TV used to be. My wife found the brackets at a home goods store and I trimmed them to fit the space.
