2002 Sundancer 300

I have a 2002 Sundancer 30' with a low rpm problem power is twin 350 h/o with 140 hrs , bravo 3 drives
it has new plugs , wires, cap, rotor and new electronic pick ups
it will not plane only will reach 3000 rpms and this is on both motors i'm at a loss
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
and yes the trimtabs are down lol

A dirty bottom or dirty props could create some problems in getting on plane. Since you're in MI I assume it was out of the water until recently?

Is this your first time out with all of the new parts you mentioned above? Have you tried getting on plane without the tabs?

check fuel pressure then do a compression test

New plugs and wires, I would double check that the wires are connected in the proper firing order
