"Bilge vent covers"? Are you looking for the cowl on the exterior that covers the vents. If that's the case there have been a number of posts referring forum members to eBay.

Also post on the 280 site here - you might get a source from there.

chemical guys heavy compound with a microfiber buffing pad just did WONDERS to our 270 that hadnt been cleaned in 3 years

Smoove procut 1000. Used it along with their polish last year. Worked great, and much more user friendly than the oft-suggested Buff Magic.
