2002 Merc 6.2L codes

So, I purchased the Rinda scan tool, (pretty cool) no codes on either engine. RPMs still only 4500rpms, both engines.
My question is, if a plug is not firing, would the error code pick that up? Didn’t see it in the menu.

I don't think its supported on that version ECM. I believe its MEFI3.
There is no crank sensor on those engines.
Crank sensors determine misfires on automobile engines.
