It is time to re-upholster the cushions and I need a little help. How do I remove the portion of the back supporting section of the bench seat. Do I need to remove the panel that the electrical cords plug into. I did remove the thru bolts that were visible inside the rear compartment but the seat did not move at all. Are there invisible clips, tracks or some other hardwear I must defeat? Thank You . Capt. Tcat

I see lots of my fellow boat owners have given this a read but offer no advise, no kidding right. I did tackle the project yesterday and found the rear seat has to be removed to gain access to the final fastener located through the access round panel port side. What an awful set up. Glad it is done

Sorry we couldn't offer any advice but thanks for the follow-up so now others will now know how to remove the cushion.
