2001 400 db vs. 450 eb

hello everyone. we are now in a 1999 330 dancer, and looking to move up. we are looking at 2 boats, listed above, both in the midwest, and listed at 299k. 400 with cummins, 450 with volvos.

i know they are totally different boats, i am looking for general discussion and opinion re these boats. thanks.
