2001 380 AC advice?

Hello!
In the process of offering on a 2001 380 AC.

I've been doing lots of research and know the 370 is basically the same boat. I've still come up with a few questions.

1. This boat has the optional bench seat in the aft deck. Is this removable or fixed to the structure?

2. The icemaker in the aft deck is dead, easy to replace with a basic mini fridge or need to go with the specialty units? I don't care so much about ice, but I do want more freezer/fridge space.

3. Does anyone know the weight capacity of the roof top over the aft deck?

4. Anyone have experience with these? It's a diesel so that's exciting!

We have a 97 370 AC.

The freezer on the aft deck is small so it would have to be a very small mini fridge.

The back bench on ours looks like it’s latched down and could come out. We haven’t tried yet. We have sea deck so if we took the bench out it would look odd, but we’ve toyed with the idea.

Weight limit on the hard top is questionable. With my teenagers up there it flexes slightly if they’re horsing around. Not sure we’d use it to store a dinghy or anything.

Ice maker is under 15" wide you will not find a freezer or fridge that small. New one is 1,500 for same make 800 at Home Depot for generic
Roof top is flimsy not designed for people to go one.

I was considering putting the striped down dinghy there while at dock, as we will be liveaboards.
