Having trouble locating the galvanic isolator on my 2001 290 DA. Does anyone know where it is located and what brand Sea Ray used at the time?

Can't help with the brand. On the 280 it is located on the ground feed from the Shore power plug. It should be in the same place on your 290. Actually, it should be pretty much in the same location on all boats with shore power.

If you take off the circuit breaker panel (disconnect the shore power first) I'll bet you'll see it. That's where it was on my 270

On my boat there are two of them located behind the microwave. My shore power connects on the port side. Yours may be elswhere inline to your 110vac panel from your shore power connection.
