2001-2003 Sea Ray 290 BR selling prices

Hello.

I have been looking at 01-03 Sea Ray 290 Bowriders on the east coast. Planning on having the "one" shipped to MA. There are two that I have narrowed it down to and am looking for what a good starting point could be for an offer. NADA is useless.

Can anyone share recent sales price data with me. The two brokers that I have talked to wouldn't help me with this.

Why is NADA useless? Anytime I saw a boat I was interested in I looked up it's value on NADA just to get an idea. And I just purchased a 280DA two weeks ago. More importantly though, check out all of the various websites with boat listings, boattrader, yachtworld, etc. to see what the general price range is. Then figure out what you can afford from that. All put together, it's pretty useful.

Thanks for the reply...useless was a strong word. I have some general ideas from NADA and the boat listing prices out there. I was just looking for some validation through any information available from soldboats.com or other source that I don't have access to. Can anyone help? Thank you!
