2001 190 Sundeck Cockpit Panel Removal

If anyone has any tips or suggestions on how to remove these panel pads around the cockpit of my boat it would be greatly appreciated. I removed all the other seats and backs in the entire boat and it took some work but they are re-covered and ready to be screwed back in. The only thing I have left is all the padded ones in the cockpit. Thanks for any advice and hope someone has done this because i need HELP

They are bolted from the back. You have to unscrew the nuts to remove the panels from the sides. Be patient and make sure you remove them all.
