2000 340 Sundancer Auction

2000 340 Sundancer being auctioned. Auction description says it has Irma rain water intrusion damage / mold !!!!!!! I have personally looked at this boat and looks like a lot more damage than what one storm four months ago would do (Looks like window frame hasn't seen any attention in years). Anyway, if anyone is up for a challenge, here you go.

Agreed ...from the photos it appears that's been growing for a long time. The whole interior is going to have to come out and be redone from scratch ...and who knows what will be found under there if that's what's showing up on the surface. I don't think I'd touch this boat if they were giving it away. Just seems like a huge headache and might actually cost more to fix than what the boat is worth.

Also, who's to say that the drive trains and or mechanical systems are close to operational.

I didn't see heat exchangers. She has stainless slam latches, updated nav and cockpit upholstery. Someone invested in her at some point, but she looks to be a goner now.

Agreed. The only thing this might be good for is if they were planning to part it out. Might make some $$ that way.
