2000 280ss Windlass mount

Going to buy a 2000 280 Sunsport but it doesn't have a windlass. Is there a good after market one out there and what type of anchor should I be buying? Is it easy to install one? Cheers

Brett- welcome. I believe the 280ss is similar to my 290 up front but I could be wrong. If it is I have lots of info I can offer because I just did this install on mine. Post some pics of your set up. I started a thread on it but because of photobucket I'm not sure if the pics are still up. I used a lewmar v700. I have a complete parts list and cost on my thread.

I just posted on the classifieds re a guy in the bay area selling 700s for $450. Sounds cheap?
