I am looking for the center filler cushion for my 2000 190 Bow Rider. It shows up in the parts diagram as #11 (see below). I have not even seen a picture of one other than in the parts diagram. I have given up hope of actually finding one for sale so would at least like to see if I can have one made. If anyone has pictures and/or measurements of one of these it would be appreciated.

Did you ever figure this out? I am looking for a bow filler cushion for my 2003 220 Bow Rider as well

I have not been able to locate one. When I have my cushions recovered in a couple more years I am going to have one custom made.

Following - for my 210 SEL and 205 Sport

If you're not too concerned about having matching vinyl, any local upholsterer can make the cushion - you simply supply them with the template (which is easy). Most likely, though, Morbern is the vinyl supplier if you wanted to research that route. Possibly your upholsterer can match it.

Making the board is easy - you can do that at home. It can be as simple as plywood. PVC board or HDPE can be used, as well. If you need a stiffener for the board, a piece of FRP or PVC L-channel works great. You can make the board template out of cardboard or (my preference) that pinkish foamboard insulation from HD.

Here are some photos of the factory boards, there are 3 starboard ones with aluminum L bracket supports.

I will grab some photos of the cushion when I get the boat back from the shop

Found a picture with cushion in place. It folds in half so you can put it under the seat

Thank you will be starting my seat project soon!

I have to pull my records but we made a bow cushion for a customer last summer and see what model it was as we have them templates. When we made the cushion it was in two parts but held together with a zipper so that they could be separated to make storage even easier.

Kevin, we’re you able to find your records on this? Thanks!

JCC, I have a cushion that was from my parent's boat. They never used it so they stored it away but forgot about it when they sold the boat (not the board part... but that's the easy part). I'll check with my mother, but I'm sure she'd sell it for a fair price. Let me know.

Yes, very interested, please let me know the best way to contact you. thank you. Jeremy.
