2 Qustions

[Time To Relax]

1) How much oil does a 2008 8.1 S HO engine hold (in a 44 Sundancer) And 2) Does the 8.1 have the same issues that the small blocks have with the idle air control valve if so is it the same valve. Thats probably three questions. Thanks

I have 2008 8.1 SHO's. Oil is 9 QTS with filter change. No issues with my 8.1 SHO air control valve(knock on wood). Only two questions.

I changed one of my IACs last year after about 400 hrs. I suspect it's a function also of fuel quality and idle time.
