I am looking to purchase a 1999 31 sea Ray sundancer with 2010 new engines closed system cooling. The boat looks very clean except the headliner has wrinkles in about 8 different spots. I didn't see any water stains but am wondering why this is like this? Does anyone know if there were water leaking problems with this model? Also it is a stern drive model any problems there? One more item is the carpet in the lower floor area in the rear cabin is wet any thoughts on that? Thanks for any help on this. By the way this boat would be for us to use while in Florida for the winter. It is located right now in Sarasota.
