Salvage yard. Other than that you are going to have to go custom and that will get pricey. You could have an aluminum tube frame done much cheaper.

You have a 9'6" beam which is a pretty standard size. I'd go to a boatyard that does glass work and ask if there is radar arch that would fit. Color matching probably wouldn't be great but I'm sure there is another arch that could be retrofitted. Expensive though. I would figure about 5k for arch plus install.
